Privacy policy

We are pleased at your interest in our homepage and our company. For external links to third-party content we can accept no liability, despite careful checking of the content. The protection of your personal data during collection, processing and use on the occasion of your visit to our homepage is an important concern for us. Your data are protected within the framework of the statutory provisions. Below you will find information on which data are recorded during your visit to the homepage and how they are used:

1. Collection and processing of data

Every access to our homepage and every retrieval of a file stored on the homepage are logged. The storage serves internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following are logged: name of the retrieved file, date and time of retrieval, volume of data transferred, message about successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain. In addition, the IP addresses of the requesting computers are logged. Further personal data are recorded only if you provide such details voluntarily, for instance in the course of an enquiry or a registration.

2. Use and disclosure of personal data

In so far as you have provided us with personal data, we use these only to answer your enquiries, to carry out contracts concluded with you and for technical administration. Your personal data are passed on or otherwise transmitted to third parties only where this is necessary for the purpose of performing the contract — in particular passing order data on to suppliers — where this is necessary for billing purposes, or where you have previously consented. You have the right to withdraw a consent given at any time with effect for the future. The stored personal data are deleted when you withdraw your consent to storage, when knowledge of them is no longer necessary for fulfilling the purpose pursued by the storage, or when their storage is inadmissible on other statutory grounds.

3. Right of access

On written request we will gladly inform you about the data stored concerning your person.

4. Google Tag Manager

This website uses Google Tag Manager, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Tag Manager itself sets no cookies and collects no personal data. It is a tool for embedding other services; only those services can collect data. In order for your browser to load the container, it connects to a Google server. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process, and a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. Which services the container runs is configured in Tag Manager. Where information is stored on or read from your device in the process, this is done on the basis of your consent under Section 25(1) TTDSG and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw it at any time. Our container ID is GTM-52XHLW.

Safety note

We endeavour, by taking all technical and organisational measures available, to store your personal data in such a way that they are not accessible to third parties. In communication by e-mail, complete data security cannot be guaranteed by us, so that for confidential information we recommend the postal route.
