Kanica

The small tourist settlement of Kanica is located in the bay of the same name, not far from the holiday town of Rogoznica. This place is excellently suited for a quiet and restful holiday. Even the nearest supermarket is 3 kilometres away in Dvornice. Naturally, during the main season a small supermarket bus is in Kanica daily and supplies the residents and holidaymakers with fresh bread and fruit.
Kanica and its surroundings can shine with numerous activities. Besides a quiet and relaxed holiday, one can also spend an active and sporting holiday here. Diving, surfing, angling and sports on the water as well as on land in particular can be realised here. The beaches here are stony and in places, in front of the houses, equipped with bathing platforms and boat jetties. The sea is particularly clear and clean, which is certainly also thanks to the strong currents of the nearby Ploce bay.

Rogoznica, a well-known holiday town with a harbour and an old town, is only a few kilometres away. The town lies on a peninsula and offers holidaymakers a broad spectrum of cultural enjoyment. Numerous festivities take place here during the summer season. The beaches here are gravelly to stony and very popular.
