Local history museum

In Kaštel Novi lies the region's local history museum, founded in 1992. Its collections show modern works of art from Croatia as well as ethnographic artefacts and archaeological relics. Anyone wanting to work their way further into a subject beyond that can browse in the library with its 2,000 titles. In addition the museum regularly organises changing exhibitions, offers courses and publishes a journal of its own.
