The small village of Marušići is situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of coast in Central Dalmatia. Bordered by pine forests and overgrown nature, one finds along the coast pearls of beach left in their natural state and barely visible. Scarcely visible from the road, crystal-clear bays with a private atmosphere and clean sea water open up to the searching holidaymaker.
The original village centre with its small church is to be found above the main road. On the main road itself there is a supermarket which, well stocked, has everything important for daily needs on offer. Right next door are the two restaurants Galeb and Jurčević; they offer typically Dalmatian cuisine with all its delicacies.
Further shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be found in the nearest village of Mimice or in the next largest towns of Omiš and Makarska.
